No, I didn't list the parts but I did put screws in separate plastic bags for each area and I took plenty of digital photos including closeups of where everything plugged in. These were invaluable during reassembly.

I replaced all of the vacuum-powered actuators in the heater box and around it, as well as the heater core within it and all of the little lightbulbs. The vacuum hoses inside the car were fine (knock on wood), though I did replace all of the hoses in the engine bay.
