I am especially grateful for the extended efforts and final diagnosis of the combination NAV/rain sensor failure issue by Martin. A quick switch out of the NAV unit proved that both the NAV issue (non-functioning 98% of the time) and failure of the rain sensor were both related to the a MKII unit that has outlived its useful lifespan. Seeing the MKIV unit spring into action after being switched with my unit was such a welcome sight and then a couple of squirts from a spray bottle proved that the non-functioning rain sensor was emanating from the same source of trouble. Now I just have to find a MKIV unit on Ebay and my life will be all good again!! Many thanks, Martin Keep up the great work!!
