I am a little confused and need more details. It is very easy to get the control panel out and I have experience in taking the knee bolster off under the steering wheel. Here is what I need:

I will probably take the glove box out to get to the module, correct? If so, there is a small piece off carpet to remove and it should sit behind there?

If not, is it next to the fire wall up top, down low, or in the middle? I could re-solder all of the joints and see if it works.

If it is the control panel, can re-soldering fix it or should I replace it?
