Go to Johan's page how to disassemble that. It is shown there.
Based on my knowledge you have to concetrate on 2 things. The control panel (the thumbwheel is a potentiometer) and the control module behind the center console. Usually, in most cases it is the module.
I just send to MDLeers some pics how it looks when parts inside are burnt. Maybe he can show that.
