That's an E46 compact, and the 320td was in production from late 2000 to end 2004 in Europe. I don't know that much about the compacts, but from the rear lights I *think* it's not one of the early years. So maybe it's between 2002 and 2004. I could be totally wrong though.

I've never been a fan of the compacts, but that one looks good in red.
