In addition to this site
link here I have outlined how to remove A B C pillars, along with this I forgot to start taking pictures of how to remove a sunroof but you will need to do this too...You will need Torx 10, 20, 25 8mm Socket for C-pillar, blood, sweat and tears and a bro willing to help out

Pop the HPS badge out and remove the screw holding A-pillar in place and pull it out

the pillar is held in place with 2 clips

Next remove B-pillar out by pulling the lower part out at the bottom to unclip it from the frame, then pull it down to unclip from the upper part of the b-pillar cover

next pull the lower half of the upper pillar cover out to unclip, and then down to slide it out

view of the upper pillar cover the top clip that slides in

next gently unclip the cabin lights and the sunroof switch assembly

remove the beauty/vanity light under the visor again simply unclip it

remove the visor hook, its held in with two screw that can be accessed by poping the little covers on the sides

remover the visor, again two little doors and then screws

Pop out the C-pillar lights at the top b/c they slide in at the bottom

here you can see 2 of 3 8mm screws, third one is at the top easier to see in the next pic

pillar is removed by gently pulling it to the side and then out

here you can see the 3rd clip for that 3rd screw

next remove the O-crap handles by popping the cover and removing the screws

you will need to remove the sunroof to remove all of the Torx 10 screws that are holding the headliner to the edge of the sunroof, I dont have this pic but you can access the front and sides ones by opening the roof and then totally removing the sunroof to remove the rear ones

next remove the gaskets around all the doors

Now you can follow the instructions from here
link

I went a step further and removed the cover for the cables (which can be accessed without removing the headliner) I found them to leak the water in. They have a gasket made out of clear silicone, and I've also found the plastic underneath to have hair-line like cracks on the edges and I applied sillicone to this too and finally siliconed the cover and places it back together.

bottom view of the cover along side that connects to the plastic it has a channel for the silicone
