i've been pretty worrysome on the 7series.uk forums so i thoght i would post here too.

When i turn the fan/blower on....

*The drivers side blows out the same temperature air (warm air) no matter what temperature the thumbwheel is set on.
*EXCEPTION*
*It blows out real heat (HOT) only when it is in the emergency/override position (when it clicks), it does not blow cool air if i turn it all the way (till it clicks) in the opposite direction. It jsut goes back to that normal warm-air temperature.

Onto the passenger side.... , it works great.

*The passenger side has all range of temp controls. (No a/c but i dont have any r-12 so i understand that.)
*The auto button is the only one that will stay in when pushed, i think the other two are broken.

I dont think it is the water valves. I looked at them yesterday and they looked just like this .


I pulled on them and they moved easily, (after they shot coolant all over me.) I dont think i have the fixablke kind, I didnt see how they would have come out. Oh well they seem to work fine.

What is going on with my car? I am lost.
