Subject: When i did my retro fit for BT which was before

Sat Nav +tv, the ULF 961 'ULF Mit SES' worked fine, and the VR using the console button to activate BT gives me a acoustic 'Beep' when i hold it for 2-4 secs then i say 'Help' or 'Help Phonebook' which gives me a female voice giving me the various options, and from there
stored my contact address telephone numbers by voice... as you no doubt know... do you get any acoustic beep or reply to 'help' or 'help phonebook'... do you get full phonebook transfer... have you tried another phone...

I do not have voice activated sat nav module, take it you have if so it must be overriden the functions... guess can you disconnect and try without it...

was your other ulf a european purchase or was it bought in US? If Euro i do not think it was disabled for VR,

All the coding did for me was it changed the 7er to 3er cabrio name by the dealer which i mentioned, from the sat nav settings in the hidden memory.... check yours it might be for a different seriers bmw
