1. Fan Shroud Removal:



2. Roller at 89K miles, if tight on budget, can clean in mineral spirits, let it dry and repack with fresh grease:



3. When installling new roller do not forgot the large washer:




4. When connecting the bypass hose, make sure the clamp's screw faces down, otherwise the Fan Shroud will not fit:



5. When installing Fan Shroud, Plug the Bypass Hose with a Sharpie pen to minize leak and pass it through the hole in Fan Shroud:



6. When bleeding cooling system, I raised the Front end to allow more air out.
