Water Leak Passenger Side Kick Panel

I've sprung a slight water leak in the passenger side kick panel at the point where the speaker is located in the kick panel. Not sure if there's a seal that needs replacing or what. If anyone has encountered a similar problem and can offer advice on a fix, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks
