How about this. Instead of killing him, why don't we send some Special Forces operators and kill everybody in his immediate family, mother, father, sisters, brothers, goat, camel, whatever this a**hole cherishes. Then show him the article in Al-Jazeera so he, (and every other fool who might be contemplating an attack) will know what the consequences are. Then send him off to the Supermax out in Colorado, where he'll be in some hole 23 hours a day.
