I keep my eyes on the road, maintain a safe following distance proportionate to my speed, and I pay attention as far ahead as I can. But most importantly is that I will not drive faster than road conditions deem prudent. If it's safe to do so, daylight with little or no traffic, just be careful, and be ready to take your lick like a man or woman if you get nailed!

He already admitted that he was doing 80 while driving from work. That means rush hour traffic. That means you're sharing the road with other people who just want to get to their destination ALIVE and without some crackhead asshole slamming into their rear!

It's no fun getting a ticket, but an asshole like that with such little disregard for other drivers DESERVED to get nailed, and I'm happy he did.
