to the list so since you are looking at the OBC light repair, but have no idea how to get to it, I'll say a few words.

To get to the OBC remove the radio, remove the two ten mm bolts below the radio and remove the 4 screws in the top of the panel. These small screws go straight up. Once these are removed the panel will pull away from the dash until the wiring gets tight. This should allow you to see what needs to be undone to allow getting enough room to pull the panel out far enough to undo the screws that hold the OBC to that panel. This will allow using a pair of pliers to pull out the old light bar and install the new light bar.
