It should be possible to find the adhesive at any chain automotive parts store (Pep Boys, NAPA, etc). I had to get the paint (color coat) from an upholstery supply store. You might be able to get a referral from a local automotive upholsterer. Below are the mfg websites for both the adhesive and color coat.
