I'm gonna be picky here to make this a nice complete write-up.

Since you got OEM rotors and not OE rotors (same thing except the OE come in BMW boxes) you might want to coat the hats with a zinc paint like BMW specs. This prevents the rust seen on the hat and makes the rotors look nice behind more open wheels than the stock Fuchs wheel. The paint should not go on the braking surface, but can be on the hat and the outer rim of the rotor.

The removal of the pins n the caliper holding the spring and pads should be done with a punch not a screwdriver!?!?

The brake caliper to wheel strut torque for the 635/M6 using the same calipers is 70 lb-ft (lightly oiled bolt). This per the E24 repair CD. Since these bolts are really tight, I think your 49 lb-ft. is a bit low. I mean those bolts just do not want to come out, I had to use a breaker bar to loosen them.

The ABS sensor uses the same 5mm allen socket as the brake rotor retaining bolt.

Did you clean the ABS pulse wheel? This should be done to prevent errors at speed. The ABS light coming on at 60-80 mph is indicative of a very dirty pulse wheel or one that is rusty, therefore not sending a smooth signal at these higher speeds.

When you get the new wheels will you be painting the calipers some loud color?
