After a good wash, simply spray on the quick detailer as a lubricant and gentle rub the clay bar the accross the paint. Do a 2ft x 2ft section at a time. I always rub the clay in a from front to back motion. Then wipe off the excess lub with a microfiber cloth.

Test to see how much stuff is removed from the paint with your finger tips. For the real test use a plastic bag on your hand and slide your fingers on the surface. The smallest amount of grit is amplified throught the plastic. Whole car should take you 20 min taking your time...
