Hey Rhett,
thanks for the response.
I certainly don't want to get this $$ detail if there is the slightest chance of making imperfections stand out (as sealbeach740 pointed out) or is overkill for my color combo.
There certainly are a few scratches all around the car. Some are >1".
If these are going to stand out after this detail, I am inclined not to do it.
But to sealbeach740's concern, wouldn't step 4 (applying Z5) actually reduce fine scratches vs. making them stand out?
I could purchase addl coats for extra $.
