Thank you very much for your compliments on the write up. I wanted to give something back to this board. As I make on-going repairs, I will try to do more articles. I called BMA parts and they wanted $250 for a brand new original BMW window regulator. Which I thought was a good deal. But then I called Ken Baker's Original which I found on the e38.org site and I got it from him for $120. I recived it and the regulator looked new like it was never used. I snapped it in and it took me a little over an hour to replace it from start to finish.
