With as many pictures as possible. I am sure some of us with resources can find a source for just replacing that piece. In the Porsche world, we had similar failures of expensive parts when only a small gear would bust. With enough people asking for it, I am sure we can find someone to design a pulley made of better plastic. It is crazy that all of these pieces fail and everyone has to replace a $500 part instead of a $2 piece of the part.

Maybe once we find someone who is up to the job we can send them someone's old pulley piece or regulator to use as a mold.
