UPDATE; Peake tool shows E (3 views)

Message: it doesn't show any codes. If it were to come back with no codes, it should read "--" but it reads "E" which I assume means error and it is having a problem. I tried to reset the DME's and got "E" as well. I was able to reset the service and oil lights though.

I tried some starting fluid without luck. I sprayed it into the throttle body after before the AFM as to not get any on the AFM wire. It did absolutely no help.

I looked at the throttle body when the key was turned. The spring mechanism on the DK only flicked a little back and forth. Isn't supposed to turn 90 degrees or so?

Any more ideas out there, guys?
