The only trick is to get an upholterer's "pig ring" tool (around $25) and a box of rings. This will make the job of putting the leather back on the seats a LOT easier than trying to do it without the right tool.

As I recall the seat cushions were about $80 each (two per seat -- upper and lower parts).

I've got lots of pictures. Let me compose a nice write-up and I'll get back to you here with the details.
