Here are additional questions and answers between DFW7 members and Umnitza after the meet.

Question: I prefer to wire my lights so that they are on whenever the ignition is on. However, I find the wiring harness appears to be much too short to allow the red/yellow wire to go to the ECM while the ballast for passenger side is also attached. Further, your on-line instructions clearly state to attach red/yellow to a *red* wire in the ECM. I have probed these red wires and find they are always hot. On the other hand, there are several (red/white, red/brown) that have 12v with the key on. Not knowing how much current the relay draws, I am very hesitant to connect this wire to some functionality whose current is monitored. Can you clarify your point of attachment of the switch control wire for the relay?

Answer (Umnitza): Red wires are usually hot with ignition only. We say RED wire because we know people like this (like you):) If you find the red wire with white stripe, you should be very successful with it:) That's the one we are referring to:)

Q. Are the kits DDE "Enhanced"? Box says E36 "Plus"?
A. All are enhanced for E38

Q. How do we trim the rings for 99+ E38?
A. Just use a file - nail file.

Q. Shouldn't there be 4 blue clips?
A. 1 plastic clip - only 1 tap:)
A. “The blue plastic clip (tap-in connector) is available at any Radio Shack for $2 for a set of 7 red connectors.” (Thank you, Robert)
