You remove the 6-pin and 3-pin connectors from the CD changer and plug them into the Sirius module. Then, you need to buy a Sirius-to-CD adapter cable that plugs into the Sirius module on one end and has the same 6-pin and 3-pin connectors that plug back into the CD changer.
