this, right? Will the valet key(shank) work? What about the different design/ layout of the old vs new PCB?

I got 1 brand new remote and the other is 1/2 worn but still usable, along with a non-remote valet key.

Here's the info on the Philip transponder that match the pn# on key. Unfortunately, it's discontinued.

If we can get this transponder, I think we can make new keys since new shanks can be machined/cut, and reuse the PCB/RF in the new remote.
