DIY catalytic converter (cat) removal procedure is to cut old cat in-place, as close as possible to the old cat housing. After removing housing leaves enough tubing in each end or space to install new Magnaflow 94006. The new cat is narrow and long for proper fitting as original equipment. It is be necessary to add about 3” long and
2 1/2” in diameter of exhaust tubing to meet new ends. If there are questions, let me know.
