to meet you in person. I had hoped that todays get together would be more about talking & hanging out, but it turned into a bit more of a DIY meet. All of us appreciated you taking the time from you hetic schedule & driving all the way from San Diego to Seal Beach to hang out with people you've never really met. I did notice you spent time talking to everyone. You made the effort to really fit in. Sean ended up staying over till 9pm. We took a test drive in my car to compare brakes & ended up at an electronics store to get stuff for my next project. Well, we actually got a good start on it (Sean actually did the work, but he was bribed by ice cold iced tea & homemade cookies), but we both agreed your dry sense of humor was a perfect fit into our little group!

While you're doing the Texas/Calif. commute, we'll be absolutely sure to include you in everything we do. Anytime you can make it, or we can meet up just to hang out, I'm sure we'd have more fun like we did today. I'm so impressed with your 7 & all the mods you've done to it. Getting to drive back after lunch was really fun! The growl of the Eisman exhaust & CAI induction was just the exact right amount of "look out, I'm coming" roar from outside the car, but not intrusive on the inside. The extra kick you car sends out shows all the mods are working great together. I hope you plan on holding on to this one for a long time.

Thanks for the kind words for our group. It's like everyone has certain talents in certain areas & it all works out for everyone. Even Val could tell the type of person you are by the way you interact with a group of new people that have been friends for a while. It's not easy to fit right in so easily, but your managed to pull if off with what appeared like ease. You are more than welcome to any of our meets or DIYs that you can make! Since you've got a home away from home, now you can add a new group of friends to your "new neighborhood"!
