job should take you about 4 hrs if you're mech. inclined.
remove complete airbox, intake vacuum actuator(DISA flap...box on side of intake 2 t30 torx). unbolt wire harness 3 bolts(10mm Head)by throttle motor.unplug wiring from it around throttle motor, alternator, oil press switch,fuel vent valve.unbolt dipstick tube at top, dont remove it.
remove injector wiring cover, undo valve cover breather tube, and tube to vent valve,also lower vent valve tube..these tubes are plastic and break easy on high mileage cars, you may want to just replace them., remove bracket for fuel vent valve to get better access to tube on lower part or crank vent valve . remove throttle motor(4 bolts).
crankcase vent valve is held on by 2 torx screws, remove them and turn valve about 1/4 turn to unlock it from plastic u-shaped tube by valve cover breather(it may break). a dealer should have most of the plastic breather tubes. the intake does not have to come off.
